AI-assisted technologies are intended to supplement operational processes and do not replace individualized clinical evaluation, licensed medical judgment, or direct provider oversight.

Coastal Neuro Care may utilize modern communication systems including AI-assisted phone systems, automated call routing, communication workflows, website forms, messaging systems, administrative automation platforms, workflow coordination systems, digital intake technologies, and communication management tools.

These systems may help improve response times, operational coordination, communication organization, referral processing, and general visitor and patient experience. Certain communications may involve automated or AI-assisted processing components.
